If your file status is showing as 'Pending', here's what you need to know:
A standard file check is typically completed within 2–3 minutes. If the status remains 'Pending' for longer than this, we recommend taking the following steps:
1. Refresh your browser page. Sometimes, the status display simply needs to update.
2. If refreshing doesn't work and the status remains 'Pending', please contact the Air8 BD team or your designated contact person for further assistance. They will be able to investigate the issue for you.
